Parts sales, Service and Repairs

1. Payment will be due prior to delivery of services and goods.
2. Account customers should have an amout equivalent of 100USD over a 4 month period or at least 60% of the cost of the job to be done. Balance payable in (1) month from the invoice date.
3. No vehicle will be released unless fully paid for the job done or parts installed. Except when clause (2) applies
4. If a cash discount is offered, and the customer defaults on payment, the standard price for parts and service will override the discounted prices and, the customer will be charged standard rates.
5. An opportunity cost interest of 10% will be levied on all overdue account/invoice balances on a monthly basis

Parts Delivery

6. Parts delivery is at the customer's cost.

Warranty

7. Parts and Labour Warranty applicable on Genuine parts supplied and fitted by Motion Subaru and the vehicle is from that moment maintained by Motion Subaru.
8. Warranty not available on aftermarket parts or when parts are supplied by the customer or third parties or when parts supplied by Motion Subaru are fitted, by external personnel or other companies. Aftermarket parts only carry labour warranty.
9. Kit and assembly parts, are warranted only if supplied as "wholesome" units, not as individual parts. Note* "Motion Subaru's Warranty Policy can be supplied upon request".

Parts Returns

10. Parts Returns, a customer should have his or her chassis number, sample and have sufficient time to inspect the parts being supplied, if for external fittment. If for whatsoever reason the parts are to be returned, no electrical, gasket sets or lubricants are to be returned once opened. Motion Subaru reserves the right to inspect the parts returned to check for any damages before accepting the goods back.
11. A 10% handling charge will be levied for correctly supplied parts if returned.
12. Parts returns are accepted only if they are processed within fourteen (14) working days from the invoice date. A replacement part will be issued or a refund will be proccessed in-line with clause (12).
13. Refurds are processed with fourteen (14) working days, from the date of parts being returned.
